The court decision was made after Luda's baby mama, Tamika Fuller bitterly testified that the rapper encouraged her to get an abortion, and even negotiated $10,000 for pregnancy termination.According to TMZ, sources connected with the rapper claim the judge reviewed the report from an independent expert as well as the testimony and concluded Luda was the more fit parent.
However Luda and baby mama were granted joint legal and physical custody but the judge declared the rap act "the primary physical custodian."
From a recorded video by TMZ, the judge is heard saying Luda has decision-making authority. And if that's the case, then he would have primary legal custody of his daughter.
